To assist its members in achieving more positive results, Sindha operates through five main pillars: Management, Protection, Training, Information, and Agreements. Each of these pillars offers different services, products, and exclusive opportunities which are capable of transforming the thousands of establishments affiliated with the entity.

Sindha is present in Rio Grande do Sul, inside the cities of : Porto Alegre, Alvorada, Cachoeirinha, Canoas, Esteio, Gravataí, São Leopoldo, Sapucaia do Sul, and Viamão. It currently has a large headquarters with an auditorium, rooms for courses and meetings, and a trained staff to assist members from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
